The IHG seeks to create a more contemporary brand image and increase quality, while driving consistency.
"This relaunch will ensure the brand moves into the future with a strong and confident new image so our guests
get as much enjoyment from Holiday Inn hotels over the next 50 years," said Andy Cosslett, CEO of IHG.

At the Holiday Inn hotels conference in Dallas, the audience realized that over the next two years, Holiday
Inn hotels will have a much different look than they have now. A modern logo and signage seeks to bring
a more modern identifier to the brands hotels. Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express and Holiday Inn Resorts
will be under one family branding marker.
